About Me
Originally from Texas, I moved to Birmingham, Alabama where I attended Oak Mountain High School and created my first website (it was about my favorite TV show, Seinfeld). In 2010, I made the move to Tuscaloosa to attend The University of Alabama and study Computer Science. It was during my time at UA that I began working at The Nine, developing custom websites and leading a team of developers for nearly 12 years. In 2025, I started a new role as Senior Software Engineer at Invest with Roots.
Skills
My goal is to engineer great web experiences by blending together technical expertise and an eye for design. Great websites should not only look amazing but be functional and easy to use. I am well-versed in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ruby on Rails; with additional experience in React, Swift, and dozens of APIs.
